What do I get with my ticket?

A general admission ticket allows entry for one individual into the festival.

Doors open at 4:30pm, music starts at 5:30pm

VIP ticket holders, please arrive before 3:30pm for your 4:00pm private performance

Are animals allowed?

No animals are allowed except for service animals that come with the proper identification and paperwork.

What can I bring to the event?

In order to ensure that the festival is safe and fun for all attendees and participants, we’ve established a few guidelines, including:

  • Signs/banners/placards will not be allowed at the LOVELOUD festival. 
  • Backpacks/Large Bags will not be allowed into the venue. 
  • Every attendee will be required to go through security. This will include magnetometers and wands. 
  • All bags/purses will be searched by security. 
  • Service Animals are allowed, with the proper identification. You are required to pick up after your service animal.
  • Outside food is not allowed. Food is available for purchase inside the venue. 
  • Each attendee may bring in one factory sealed water bottle. There are other beverages for purchase inside the venue as well.
  • Roller blades, roller skates, and skateboards will not be allowed. 
  • No weapons of any kind are allowed in the venue.
  • Chairs of any kind (lawn/inflatable etc.) are not allowed.
  • Parking is limited so please carpool!

You will be entering an event where photography, audio, and video recording may occur.

Can I get a refund?

We are not able to perform any refunds. However, tickets are transferable if you wish to sell them to a friend.

What time does the festival end?

Times and lineup are subject to change. Plan on getting home late! 

What are you doing to ensure my safety at the festival?

We’re working in conjunction with state and city law enforcement as well as coordinating with multiple government agencies to work towards delivering the safest festival environment possible.

How do I become a food vendor? or a non-food vendor? I have questions!

Sorry, but we’re not seeking any food or non-food vendors and there is no waiting list. We will post here if we change our minds. There’s no reason to contact us about this.

Are you hiring workers, volunteers, photographers/video people, etc. for the event?

No, but thanks for checking! If anything opens up we will post about it.

 

 

 

Can I bring lawn chairs?

No. No chairs of any kind will be allowed in.

Can I bring a blanket? 

If you'd like of course! 

I'm a photographer (for a hip important publication, for a news outlet, my own blog, for myself, etc). How do I make arrangements for a photo pass?

Can I pass out flyers or promotional items inside the venue? What about outside?

No. 

What is LOVELOUD?

LOVELOUD was created in 2017 by Dan Reynolds, the lead singer of Imagine Dragons to help ignite the relevant and vital conversation of what it means to unconditionally love, understand, accept and support LGBTQ+ youth in an effort to keep families together. LOVELOUD is the catalyst for bringing communities together to start the conversation and celebrate individuality.  It all begins with talking about, sharing and showing the realities of what LGBTQ+ teens face daily. 

What is the LOVELOUD Festival?

A concert designed to ignite the relevant and vital conversation of what it means to unconditionally love, understand, accept, and support LGBTQ+ youth in our communities.

Where do the proceeds go?

All proceeds from this concert will go to the LOVELOUD Foundation which lends support to various local charities such as Encircle and Stand4Kind, as well as national charities, The Trevor Project and GLAAD.

What is Dan Reynolds' involvement?

Is LOVELOUD a family event?

LOVELOUD is a family-friendly convention. Please use common sense, be considerate of other attendees and be aware of your surroundings.

Handicap Access/ADA Accessible?  

Brent Brown Ballpark has permanent “stadium” seating in the stands that are open for those requiring a chair. As this event is GA those seats are available on a first come first serve basis. There is ADA seating in the stands and there will be an ADA viewing area on the field that will accommodate wheelchairs but no seats.
