What do I get with my ticket?
A general admission ticket allows entry for one individual into the festival.
Doors open at 2:00pm, music starts at 3:30pm
Are there VIP tickets?
No VIP tickets are available for sale to the public.
Are animals allowed?
Certified service animals or service animals in training are welcome in both the stadium and arena. Any exceptions will be made at the discretion and authorization of venue management.
Can I get a refund?
We are not able to perform any refunds. However, tickets are transferable if you wish to sell them to a friend.
What time does the festival end?
Times and lineup are subject to change. Plan on getting home late!
What are you doing to ensure my safety at the festival?
We’re working in conjunction with state and city law enforcement as well as coordinating with multiple government agencies to work towards delivering the safest festival environment possible.
I'm a member of the media. How do I make arrangements for a media pass?

How do I become a food vendor? or a non-food vendor? I have questions!
Sorry, but we’re not seeking any food or non-food vendors and there is no waiting list. We will post here if we change our minds. There’s no reason to contact us about this.
Are you hiring workers, photographers/video people, etc. for the event?
No, but thanks for checking! If anything opens up we will post about it.
Do children need a ticket?
Children over 3 years of age will need a ticket. Children 3 and younger may enter without a ticket, they will just need to sit in the lap of an accompanying adult.
Can I bring lawn chairs?
No. No chairs of any kind will be allowed in.
Can I bring a blanket?
If you'd like of course!
I'm a photographer (for a hip important publication, for a news outlet, my own blog, for myself, etc). How do I make arrangements for a photo pass?

What is LOVELOUD?
LOVELOUD was created in 2017 by Dan Reynolds, the lead singer of Imagine Dragons to help ignite the relevant and vital conversation of what it means to unconditionally love, understand, accept and support LGBTQ+ youth in an effort to keep families together. LOVELOUD is the catalyst for bringing communities together to start the conversation and celebrate individuality. It all begins with talking about, sharing and showing the realities of what LGBTQ+ teens face daily.
What is the LOVELOUD Festival?
A concert designed to ignite the relevant and vital conversation of what it means to unconditionally love, understand, accept, and support LGBTQ+ youth in our communities.
Where do the proceeds go?
All proceeds from this concert will go to the LOVELOUD Foundation which lends support to various local and national LGBTQ+ charities.
